After falling just short in 2013, this year the Devon county swimming team made no mistake as they secured promotion to Division 1 of the British Gas ASA Natioanl County Team Championships at Sheffield. With
484 points, they finished 38 points ahead of second-placed Worcestershire, ensuring that they will be able to challenge the very strongest counties in 2015.
The Devon squad included five Exeter swimmers: Aliyah-Mai Webb, Joe Crispin, James Wamsley, Tom Downs and Matt Ramsay. Congratulations to all of them on
some fantastic swims---and to the Devon coach, who looks strangely familiar...
